Beatrice J. Tiangco, MD, MSCE

Dr. Tiangco is currently the Director of the Augusto P. Sarmiento Cancer Institute of The Medical City. She is also the CEO and co-founder of Cancer CARE Registry and Research Philippines Foundation, Inc. She is an adjunct faculty at the Institute for Clinical Epidemiology, National Institute of Health, University of the Philippines-Manila. She had her fellowship in Bloodbanking, Coagulation, and Transfusion Medicine at the Institute for Transfusion Medicine and her fellowship in Medical Oncology and Hematology at the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute, Pittsburgh, USA. She has served as past president of the Philippine Society of Medical Oncology and a founding member of the Philippine Society of Hematology and Blood Transfusion. She is the principal and co-investigator in more than 30 international clinical trials over the past 10 years. She also has a number of manuscripts under review and several publications.
